yes, this is what you think it is. actually, i don’t know what you think it is, so we’ll say instead that it is what i think it is (which is the really important bit, anyway).
It’s a straightforward, old-fashioned sketch show. It’s me writing and performing with my friends the funniest things I can think of for half an hour, and then stopping. (x)
Insomnia! The Musical
Adapted from John Finnemore’s Souvenir Programme (with two Cabin Pressure easter eggs!)
Directed by me, starring Shivani and myself. Please enjoy and share!
John Finnemore started answering questions again on Twitter today. Like last time, I’ve transcribed the Q&A session. Just the questions that were answered are here.

First 3 are from just before the start, the next 4 are from the sound check, the following 2 are from shirt-signing (if anyone can point me towards her tumblr? I think she said she’s Carolyn-Knapp-Shappey but I’m not sure!) And finally… I misspelled my own name… but he changed it…. (I can’t help it, the Dutch and English alphabet have some letters that when pronounced in one language, are a different letter in the other and it’s the most confusing thing in the world but he was sweet enough to fill up the G and make it a J)
I have a funny write up about the whole thing put after a read more that you can find here.
Richard Osman, John Finnemore, Lucy Beaumont and Rhod Gilbert are the panellists obliged to talk with deliberate inaccuracy on subjects as varied as octopuses, planes, armadillos and socks.
It did take a while to actually find them. It was worth it.
It’s written by Laurence Howarth and the brilliant John Finnemore, for those who are unfamiliar with the show. It about a man who works as an arms dealer, and wants to be a real stand-up guy.
[I couldn’t find series 3, but, if I ever find it, I’ll post the links]
